Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sea Descendants.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet — if you are outside the US and want something, email us at seadescendants@gmail.com and we will tell you when that changes.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and busy periods can add a day. If anything is going to take noticeably longer, we will email you rather than let you wonder.

Rates and delivery estimates

• Orders of $99.00 and over: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $99.00: flat rate, calculated at checkout.
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery is available at checkout for 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not ours, and they occasionally slip.

Local delivery

We are in Ventura, California, and we deliver within 20 miles of us ourselves. Local delivery is free on orders of $60 or more. If your address is inside that radius, local delivery appears as a choice at checkout; if it does not appear, you are outside it and the rates above apply. We will text or email you to arrange a drop-off time. We do not offer collection in person.

Tracking

You will get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order goes out. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at seadescendants@gmail.com or 805-216-9489. We will deal with the carrier — you do not have to. Please keep the packaging until it is resolved.
